Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence
Forming and maintaining employee records
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
Communicating with external partners
Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken

Update client information in the company contact database
Under the overall supervision of the project Manager and working with consultants
To provide technical support to development consulting projects
Draft and format questionnaires, interviews and focus group guidelines
Undertake telephone, email or face-to-face clients to obtain required information
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
